about helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.  A life coach helps people get what they want in life by removing self-imposed barriers.  A coach can help you find the strength in yourself and take the steps to make things happen.

 

How does coaching work?

Sessions can be over the telephone, by instant message, group coaching sessions are over the internet only.  Coaching sessions are usually weekly, lasting about a half-hour.

 

During each coaching session we will discuss and explore your journey including your goals, strengths, challenges, and opportunities, as well as develop action steps for the coming week.  Action steps are designed to help you move closer to your goals and dreams.
