My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment in which my clients can begin to understand the feelings and change the behaviors that limit their life and create dissatisfaction with their personal and professional endeavors. I take a holistic approach to client wellness and seek to understand and encourage client growth in the areas of mind, body, and spirit (i.e., maintain their physical health, work life balance, culture, and religious/spiritual beliefs). My counseling philosophy is grounded in holistic counseling and existential therapy. My belief is that everyone encounters life transitions. My objective is to help my clients realize their strengths in a safe nonjudgmental environment.
